Members and registrants who have signed up for a live webinar may cancel their participation by notifying eMonolog at least three working days (72 hours) before the webinar’s start date.
Discount cases won’t be pursued if the participant fails to cancel their registration for the event within the previously mentioned deadline or fails to attend the live course session or online webinar.
Nevertheless, in these situations, requests for admission to the recording will be honoured after the online course has taken place. (The recording can be accessed the following day and will remain available for 30 days after the online course has ended.) “OR” the participants can benefit from a different online course with a comparable sticker price.
